Plain terms for using the hosted naxytra services.
Effective 2026-10-20. These terms cover naxytra.com, the xytara runtime, the xytara MCP server and the xoonya proof engine (together, "the service"), operated by naxytra ("we"). By calling the service — as a person or through an agent — you accept them. Questions: naxytra@gmail.com.
What the service is
A hosted, pay-per-call execution and proof-verification service for AI agents and the people who operate them, reached over open protocols (MCP, HTTP, x402, A2A). The client libraries we publish (the xytara client and the xoonya verifier) are open source under Apache-2.0; the hosted runtime, MCP server, proof engine, catalog and this site are proprietary and are not distributed.
Prices and charging
Every paid call states its price in the payment-required response before anything is charged, in USDC on the Base network through the x402 protocol. A call is charged only after it succeeds: a failed, empty or invalid call is never settled. Prepaid credits are bought with one x402 payment, are spent through the spend credential returned at purchase, and are not transferable. Prices may change; the price shown at the time of a call is the price that applies.
Receipts and evidence
Each paid call returns a settlement receipt and a signed delivery receipt (Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65) that binds the settlement transaction to hashes of the request and the result. A receipt proves what was delivered for which payment; it does not judge the quality of the work, and xoonya proof verification verifies machine evidence rather than identity, custody or chain truth.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and within the acceptable-use policy. Keep spend credentials, keys and tokens secret; anyone holding a spend credential can spend that account's credits. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for what they send. Do not try to bypass payment, replay payments, overload the service or copy its outputs to rebuild it.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and fast, publish honest status and limits, and log failed attempts so we can fix them. Unless agreed in writing there is no guaranteed uptime; we may change, suspend or retire parts of the service, and we may rate-limit or suspend callers that breach these terms. Contact us with the request id (every response carries an X-Request-Id header) and we will look into it.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 30 days before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Related pages: acceptable use, privacy and refunds. Contact: naxytra@gmail.com.
