- Unlawful content or use, including anything that infringes others' rights or facilitates fraud or money laundering.
- Bypassing or tampering with payment: forged or replayed payment authorizations, spending credits from an account you do not control, or exploiting a pricing or settlement error instead of reporting it.
- Overloading the service: flooding, denial of service, crawling faster than the published limits, or automated probing of other callers' accounts, receipts or credentials.
- Copying tool outputs, catalogs or receipts at scale to rebuild or resell the service, or presenting our receipts or proofs as something they do not prove.
- Registering as a provider with an endpoint you do not control, or returning fabricated results for routed calls.
Enforcement
What we do about it
We rate-limit, suspend or revoke callers, credentials and providers that breach this policy, and we may withhold payouts for fabricated provider results. We report what we can in the daily operator review and reply to good-faith reports quickly.
